Which Plans Get Listed

Only standard, non-promotional, publicly listed ongoing consumer tiers are included. First-month discounts, welcome offers, family-bundle extras, and postpaid phone-plan bundles are excluded. In the United States, only no-contract prepaid mobile broadband and standalone hotspot data plans are listed. In Sweden, only plans with no lock-in period on a rolling month-to-month contract are listed.

Which Operators Get Listed

Major network operators with publicly confirmed, ongoing list prices are prioritized. A representative spread of data tiers is chosen per operator, from a low-data plan up to an unlimited or high-data plan, rather than listing every tier an operator sells.

Monthly Cost & Exchange Rates

Local-currency prices are converted to US dollars using Xe.com mid-market rates and shown with the local-currency amount in parentheses where space allows. Prices are standard list rates as published by each operator and may change without notice. Advertised prices are shown tax-inclusive at the point of advertising, as legally required; listed US prices exclude state taxes and regulatory fees, which are added at checkout and vary by location.

Effective Cost per GB

For metered plans, the effective cost per GB is the monthly cost in USD divided by the stated high-speed data allowance. For unlimited plans, the figure is an estimate based on an assumed 100 GB of monthly use, marked with a tilde, since there is no fixed allowance to divide by.

How Often Prices Are Reviewed

Listed prices are checked against each operator's official site roughly every two to four weeks, and sooner whenever a reader flags a change. The exact date and time of the last check is shown in a notice at the top of the Prices page, alongside the retrieval line at the bottom of the sheet.

Something Out Of Date?

Operators change prices without notice. If a figure on the sheet is wrong or has changed, submit a correction and it will be reviewed against the operator's official site.
